Event Information
The Event This is a brand new venue for us and has been made possible due to the wonderful Birchbrook Equestrian centre and a local landowner who is allowing us to use their land for ride base. We will be riding through the Birchbrook Equestrian Centre and the Butt Racing Stables to get to the Tuhaitara Coastal Park and Woodend Beach. Part of the trail when you come off the beach is a little rougher for barefoot horses, however, if your horse is used to being barefoot this should be fine.
Registration Ride registration is open on Evo Events. Please click on the button below to sign up and enter. Registration will close on Wednesday 12th June to give us enough time to do the draws and get your start times and ride brief to you. No late entries will be accepted so please get your entries in and if you are unable to attend notify us before the event and we will refund you. Only confirmed registered riders will be permitted to participate in the event.
If you are not a current ESNZ member you will need to pay an ESNZ $5.00 Casual Fee to cover your insurance for this event. Please select this option with your entry if applicable.
If you are a CETRC Member you can benefit from the $5.00 discount off the ride fee. Please select this option with your entry if applicable. Birchbrook have asked for a $10 ground fee per rider to use their land so this has been added in EVO as a compulsory fee. Event Classes Please click on the below button for the Event Class.
