Quartz Hill Event

Event Information

The Event This is a new venue for us at the beautiful Quartz Hill station run by Georgie and Dan Harper. There are spectacular views and such varied terrain that it is way apart from our normal events in Canterbury which is very exciting!
The event officially opens at 4.30pm Friday 23 February and closes approximately 5.00pm on Sunday 25 February. Camping is available from 4.30pm on Friday 23 February. Toilets and water for your horses will be available. Please bring your own drinking water. RegistrationRide registration is open on EVO (www.evoevents.co.nz) Ride registration closes Wednesday 21 February at 8.00pm Late entries will be accepted after close until Thursday 22 February, 8.00pm. There will be a $10 late entry fee charged. Correct payment for the registration must be made online before the event. Only confirmed registered riders will be permitted to participate in the event. If you are not able to make the ride, contact us and we can arrange a refund for you.
Proof of ESNZ Registration may need to be shown to the Day Secretary. If you are an ESNZ Introductory Member and your horse is not ESNZ registered, you can still enter an Endurance Intermediate, Endurance Novice, CTR Intermediate or CTR Junior ride, but you will need to pay an ESNZ $10.00 Flexi Start Fee.
If you are not a current ESNZ member you will need to pay an ESNZ $15.00 Casual Fee.
If you are a CETRC Member you will receive a $5.00 discount off the ride fee.

Event ClassesThe event classes can be seen by clicking on the button below. The briefing and start times are as accurate as possible. If there are any changes you will be notified as soon as possible.
Ride Brief The ride brief will be posted the week of the Event and this will provide more details regarding logistics, the track, rider start times for CTR and rules of the road.
